You may request a return for an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any accessories or components that came with the product should also be included.

Personalized or custom-made items, as well as certain hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., screen protectors, adhesive products, strap bands), are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number, along with any specific instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in delayed processing.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or received in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and securing appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria.

If the item is found to be in compliance with our return policy, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Please allow for a reasonable processing time, which may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refund Amount:

For eligible returns, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees.

If you received free shipping on your original order, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Oléz.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or custom-made products (unless they are defective or damaged).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in compliance with our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow our Returns and Refunds Policy and then place a new order for the desired product.
